Award of Contract for Build of a Waste Transfer Station - KEY/18APR14/02

Appendix 1 should be treated as exempt in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of the Local Government Act 1972, as it contains financial information relating to the business dealings of the Council and the need to keep this confidential exceeds the public interest in publishing it.

 

The Cabinet Member:

 

1.    Approved the award a contract to Lindum Group for the construction of a new waste transfer station for the sum of £870,498.98; and

 

2.    Agreed the professional fees referenced for Amey Peterborough (formally known as Enterprise Managed Services Ltd) to project manage the ground/soil investigation, construction, commissioning and eventual handover of the building to the Council for the sum of £82,309.49.
