a.
To commission a Universal 0-19 Healthy Child Programme including
Health Visiting and School Nursing that follows national
commissioning guidance, has a focus on improving outcomes and
reducing inequalities and allows flexibility to adapt to local
needs by working in place-based integrated teams with other Local
Authority (Education, Social Care and Community), Public Health and
NHS services.
b. For Peterborough City Council to enter into a
Section 75 Partnering Agreement with Cambridgeshire Community
Services for delivery of this service starting on 1st April 2025
for a duration of 2 years with the option to extend for 2+2 years
(Total 6 years).
c. To agree the annual budget of £4,092,144.00 p.a.
d. To delegate authority to the Director of Public Health to
exercise the option to extend the Section 75 Partnering Agreement
after each 2-year period.
