Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Waste Partnership (RECAP) Inter Authority Agreement (IAA)

The Cabinet Member authorised the Council to enter into an Inter-Authority Agreement with the partners in the RECAP Waste Partnership (Cambridge City Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council, Huntingdonshire District Council, Fenland District Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council) in relation to the contract for the processing of the Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) collected in the authority areas.This agreement will cover the procurement evaluation period and then remain in place for the full contract period.
