Procurement of a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Specialist De-cluttering and Deep Cleaning Services - KEY/27FEB23/02

 

 

The Cabinet Member is recommended to authorise the award of a place on the new Framework for Specialist Decluttering & Deep Cleaning Services to the successful bidders listed below for a framework period of 1 May 2023 to 31 December 2025, with an option to extend for a further two 12-month periods: 

 

·         aAFD Services 

·         Foster Property Management 

·         Hygenic Solutions 

·         Mr Bright 

·         Spotless Cleaning Services 

 

The value of the framework period between 1 May 2023 and 31 December 2025is £400,000.00 and a value of £150,000.00 per 12-month extension period, hence the total value of the Framework is £700,000.00.
