The Cabinet Member is recommended to authorise the award of a place on the new Frameworkfor Care & Repair Works & Services to the successful contractors who have submitted tenders.  The Framework Agreement is due to commence on 1 January 2023for a contract period of 3 years to 31 December 2025 with an option to extend for a further two 12-monthperiods – the first extension year until 31 December 2026 and a second extension year to 31 December 2027.
