Approval for contract to be awarded to Milestone to deliver Phase 2 outline business case for Peterborough University access improvement scheme - KEY/28FEB22/01

 

 

The Cabinet Member:

 

1.    Approved the award of £1,789,846 to Milestone Infrastructure Limited to deliver phase 2 of the Outline Business Case and preliminary design for the Peterborough University access scheme.

 

2.    Authorised the Director of Place & Economy to vary the works order value when required subject to;

 

i.      available budget being in place;

ii.     the total sum of each variation not exceeding £100,000,

iii.    the combined value of any authorised variation(s) do not exceed the total sum of £500,000.

 

Any variations are to be made in prior consultation with internal audit, finance and legal services.

Consultation was undertaken between 25/10/21 to 5/12/21 and feedback was incorporated into Phase 1 of the Outline Business Case. Further consultation will occur as the project develops.
