1. Approve the surrender of the Council’s lease for the ground floor retail units of Bretton Court dated 28th June 2019, subject to the conditions to set out below and to be formalised within the Deed of Surrender

2. Approve the Council entering in to an Agreement for Lease for the ground floor retail units of the new development scheme at Bretton Court, subject to the terms set out below

3.Subject to the terms of the above Agreement for Lease being satisfied, to approve the Council entering in to a New Lease or the ground floor retail units of the new development scheme at Bretton Court
