Extension of the delivery of Cultural Services by City Culture Peterborough, and Leisure Services by Peterborough Limited for three years to rationalise and reorganise service delivery in light of the effects of COVID-19. The 3-year extension will give time to properly reorganise, and allow time for the culture and leisure sectors to rebuild in time for future delivery options to be explored from 2024, including direct provision, working with partners, the establishment of a cooperative delivery model, or a public tender exercise.
