Approval to enter Section 76 Agreement with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group for the provision of Speech and Language Therapy – KEY/15FEB21/01

 

 

The Cabinet Member Authorise the Council to enter into a Section 76 Agreement under the National Health Service Act 2006 with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group relating to the Speech and Language Therapy Services (SALT) across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.  The Council shall make an annual payment of £250,000 for the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022, and thereafter annually until 31 March 2024.
