The report will seek the approval of Cabinet for the Council to work with the PIP with the aim of constructing a new Pool and Leisure Facility at Pleasure Fair Meadows with the PIP managing the completion of construction to the Council's specification and the Council concluding a commercial agreement with the PIP to allow the Council or its selected contractor to operate the completed facility.
