Explanation of anticipated restriction:
The appendix contains information relating to commercialy sensitive information, namely the Exclusivity Agreement. The public interest test has been applied to the information contained within the exempt annex and it is considered that the need to retain the information as exempt outweighs the public interset in disclosing it as to do so would disclose commercialy sensitive information about the Refinancer and the terms of the exclusivity agreement which is attached.
