Recommendation to approve the Parkway safety fencing programme of works - KEY/15APR19/03

A £2.8m budget (£1.4m per year from 2019/20 to 2020/21) to upgrade the highway safety fencing was approved as part of the Medium Term Financial Strategy (MFTS). Approval is now sought to issue the package of works to Skanska Construction UK Limited under the Council’s existing Peterborough Highway Services Contract.
