Approval to early infrastructure works to facilitate the design and build of two new schools on the Paston Reserve site - KEY/15MAY17/03

There is a requirement for infrastructure works to be undertaken on land identified under a S106 Agreement to accommodate a new 2 form entry primary school and an 8 form entry secondary school at the Paston Reserve site. These works include a new access road into the site from Newborough Road, relocation of overhead power cables and fencing to secure the site upon transfer to the Council. These works must be completed ahead of the programme to deliver the new school.
