1. Agreed that the Council works in partnership with the Department of Work and Pensions to deliver Universal Credit Support Services;
2. To use Department of Work and Pensions grant funding to fund Citizens Advice Bureau £3753 until March 2016 to deliver Personal Budgeting Support to new Universal Credit claimants requiring assistance; and
3. To use Department of Work and Pensions grant funding to fund Vivacity £1275 until March 2016 to provide digital support for Universal Credit claimants to make benefit claims online at Central Library.
