The Cabinet Member:

 

Authorised the entering into a Section 75 Agreement with the NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group relating to the commissioning of health and social care services as detailed within the Better Care Fund; and

Authorised the Corporate Director People and Communities, in consultation with the Director of Governance, to agree further changes to the S75 Agreement as required.
