Awarded the design and build contract to Clegg Construction Limited under the terms and conditions of the East Midlands Property Alliance Framework, to construct a community and sports pavilion to include community / meeting rooms, changing rooms at Cardea, up to the value of £1,082,000 and subject to approval by the Corporate Director Resources and Director of Governance (or their nominated representatives). This sum shall also include funding for all site surveys, project management and technical advisers fees.
Authorised the Director of Governance to enter into any legal documentation on behalf of the Council in relation to this matter.
