Cabinet received a report to further the Council’s strategic aim of becoming an environment capital.
The purpose of the report was to seek approval to enter into a strategic partnership agreement with OVO for the development of an energy partnership in Peterborough and as part of the first project under that strategic partnership, to enter into a tariff agreementwith OVO for the provision of domestic energy supply tariffs in Peterborough.
Cabinet considered the report and RESOLVED to approve:
1. That Council enters into a strategic partnership agreement for the development of an energy partnership in Peterborough with OVO Energy Limited (“OVO”); and
