The Expansion of Woodston Primary School to two forms of entry - KEY/08AUG13/01

The Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and University, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources and the  Executive Director - Children’s Services; Executive Director – Strategic Resources and the Head of Legal Services:

 

  1. Authorised the construction of an extension and remodelling of existing buildings to accommodate the expansion of Woodston Primary School up to the value of the budget sum of £2.5m. This sum shall also include funding for Information and Communications Technology (ICT), all site surveys and project management and technical advisor fees, subject to consent pursuant to Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1988;

 

  1. Authorised the award of the construction contract to Kier Construction under the terms and conditions of the London Housing Corporation Schools and Community Buildings Framework; and

 

  1. Authorised an Early Works Agreement to be entered into with Kier Construction should it be demonstrated that there will be benefits to the programme.
