4. To note that a further report will be required should the project proceed to agree to the selected site and its disposal under a lease.
5. To agree that in order to meet the project delivery and spend timescale required by DCMS the initial project development work including site investigations continues at risk to RIBA 2 at a cost
of up to £250k pending the outcome of the bid submission likely to be mid-December 2022.
