Decisions

Cabinet considered the report and RESOLVED:

1.    To endorse the Task and Finish Group Review Fly Tipping and Waste Policy report (Appendix 1 to the report) and recommendations for implementation.

2.    For recommendations where financial implications have been identified agree that a business case be produced and brought back to Cabinet for approval.

Approval of an IT Strategy and associated investment for the 2019 to 2022 time period

Cabinet:

·         Approved the IT and Digital Strategy;

·         Approved the decision to share the Sand Martin House Data Centre with Cambridgeshire County Council.

The Cabinet Member approve the transfer the governance and oversight of services carried out by the Peterborough Pupil Referral Service Governing Body back into Local Authority control. 

The Cabinet Member approved:

1.    The removal of the follow organisations from the list of appointments and nominations to outside organisations:

·         Orton Wistow Community Centre Management Committee/Community Association

·         Peterborough Racial Equality Council

·         West Town Community Association/St John’s Hall

·         Walton Community Association

·         Peterborough Local Access Forum

2.    The addition of the Peterborough Flood and Water Management (FloW) Partnership and the Growing our Green Spaces Future Parks Accelerator Project to the list of appointments to outside organisations, within the Local Strategic and Executive category.

3.    The appointment of Councillor Hiller as the representative to the Peterborough Flood and Water Management (FloW) Partnership and Councillor Cereste as the representation to the Growing our Green Spaces Future Parks Accelerator Project for the remainder of the 2019/2020 municipal year.
