1.	Election and Appointment of Chairperson until end Municipal year 2020/21 The Committee will need to propose and second the Chairperson of the Committee until the end of the Municipal Year 2020/21. This will need to be either the current Chairperson of the Cambridgeshire or Peterborough Health and Wellbeing Board. Following election the Chairmanship will rotate on an annual basis following the initial two year period.
2.	Election of Vice-Chairperson for the Municipal Year 2019/20 The Committee will need to propose and second a Vice-Chairperson for the Municipal Year 2019/20. This will be done on an annual basis and can not be a member of either local authority.
