Agenda and minutes

To resolve that the press and public may be excluded from the meeting on

the following items:

Item 5, Peterborough Limited Annual Accounts, Appendix E2

Item 6, Monitoring Actions and Recommendations Report, Appendix 1 and 2

on the grounds that the item contains exempt appendices

which include information under Paragraph 3 of Part 1 Schedule 12A of the

Local Government Act 1972, as amended, and that it would not be in the

public interest for this information to be disclosed. (Relating to the financial

or business affairs of any particular person).
