To resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting on Item 12, Officer Code of Conduct on the grounds that the items contains exempt information under Paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, and that it would not be in the public interest for this information to be disclosed (Information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in connection with any labour relations matter arising between the authority or a Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under, the authority).

There are no updates on National Issues for this meeting. Members are to be made aware that the Local Government Association have yet to publish any revised national code of conduct.
