The decision to be made on this application results from the call-in received from a number of members of the Planning and Environmental Protection Committee, due to the relevant material planning considerations not being taken into account (in accordance with Part 3, Section 2 – Regulatory Committee Functions – Paragraph 2.6 of the Constitution) as part of the decision made by the Planning & Environmental Protection Committee on 15 October 2024.
