To receive any declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests from Members of the Panel in respect of any item to be considered at the meeting.

Recommendation: In accordance with Standing Orders, Members are requested to vote to exclude the press and public for item 4. This contains exempt information as defined by Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of the Local Government Act 1972, ‘Information relating to any individual’. The public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

The Panel is being asked to consider and agree the action required to deal with two complaints received against the Cambridgeshire Police Crime Commissioner.
