Approve the minutes of the meeting held on 16 September 2010.

An opportunity for any member of the public, elected and co-opted members of the Neighbourhood Council to raise anything that affects your area and to suggest items for future meetings and the annual work programme. 

A chance for attendees to discuss the proposed projects for the £25K capital budget allocated to Rural North Neighbourhood Council before elected ward members vote on these projects.

Hear about the work of the fuel poverty team and learn how you may be entitled to free energy saving measures.

This will be a presentation on the Council’s annual budget.

Feedback from the Rural Affairs Working group who are looking at the future of neighbourhood councils within the rural area.

The next meeting will be held upon 17^th March 2011 at the Manor Community Centre, Eye. - 7 pm start.
