Note: This Neighbourhood Committee meeting will begin with a ward forum from 6.00pm allowing you the opportunity to raise issues of concern with your individual ward councillors. There will also be an opportunity to view displays giving information on the ‘You Said, We Did’ items and other information of interest. The displays will be open from 6.00pm to allow members of the public adequate opportunity to consider the information.

Open Session An opportunity for any member of the public, elected and co-opted members of the Neighbourhood Committee to raise anything that affects your area and to suggest items for future meetings and the annual work programme |
