Note: This Neighbourhood Council meeting will include a pre-meeting exhibition from 6.15pm of the Local transport plan and Capital programme of works from 2011-16 and how you can influence further schemes in your neighbourhood. There will also be an opportunity to view displays by Council officers giving information on the ‘You Said, We Did’ items, Census Completion Events and Fuel Poverty, grants and help available. The displays will be open from 6.00pm to allow members of the public adequate opportunity to consider the information.

An update on the proposals for the new developments and an opportunity for discussion with the officers involved.

An update on the review of the Street Leader Scheme and an opportunity for consultation regarding future development.

Neighbourhood Council Budget

An update on progress regarding the allocated budget agreed at the September meeting.

Open Session

An opportunity for any member of the public, elected and co-opted members of the Neighbourhood Council to raise anything that affects your area and to suggest items for future meetings and the annual work programme.

Next Meeting

The date of the next meeting will be confirmed after Annual Council in May.
