At this point Members must declare whether they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, or other interest, in any of the items on the agenda, unless it is already entered in the register of members’ interests or is a “pending notification “ that has been disclosed to the Solicitor to the Council.

To resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting on Item 4, Application for the review of a Premises Licence - International Food Centre – Unit 1 & 2, 41 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2RH, during discussions in relation to the police statement, under regulation 14(b) of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, on the grounds that the public interest in so doing outweighs the public interest in the hearing taking place in public.
