The purpose of the item is to provide an opportunity for consideration of any request to call in a decision.  A Call-in request has been made in relation to the decision made by Cabinet which was published on 7 March 2016 regarding Council Office Consolidation – MAR16/CAB/16.

Exclusion of Press and Public

In accordance with Standing Orders, Members are requested to vote to exclude the press and public for the exempt annex which is included within the Cabinet report attached at Appendix 2 relating to this item. This contains exempt information relating to financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding the information) as defined by Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of the Local Government Act 1972. The public interest in disclosing this information outweighs the public interest in maintaining the exemption.

Exclusion of Press and Public

In accordance with Standing Orders, Members are asked to determine whether the exempt annex relating to item 3, Council Office Consolidation, which contains exempt information as defined by Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A, Part 1, Local Government Act 1972, should be exempt and the press and public excluded from the meeting should this annex be discussed, or whether the public interest in disclosing this information outweighs the public interest in maintaining the exemption.
