The Cabinet Member is recommended to waiver the parental contributions set in the 2021/ 22 Post 16 Transport Partnership Policy.
· Tendering PSVAR complaint vehicles will cost the Council more than the parental contribution (income) taken.
· There is no guarantee in securing 3 PSVAR complaint vehicles for September 2021 as there is a lack of PSVAR vehicles currently available on the market
· The council need to ensure that the home to school transport services are PSVAR compliant and therefore direct or indirect fares cannot be charged.

· Tender for PSVAR compliant vehicles for September 2021 – Investigated (see section 3)
