Decision to enter into a Section 76 Agreement for the delivery of integrated Speech and Language Therapy Services.

The Cabinet Member authorised the Council entering into a Section 76 Agreement for the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, under the National Health Service Act 2006, with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group for payment of £250 000 relating to the Speech and Language Therapy services (SALT) across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
