Peterborough City Council cannot continue increasing Jack Hunt,
the only secondary school in PE3. It cannot be built upon, as it
will breach height guidelines set 40+ years ago, cross a public
footpath, or encroach on housing, including mansions along Thorpe
Road.
Hampton alone has 2 secondary schools within a smaller population,
PE4 has 2, PE2 has 3 and, PE1 has 5, none of which have 9 times as
many primary schools within the catchment areas concerned.
