Licensing Committee
Purpose of committee
The Licensing Committee considers whether to issue, suspend, revoke, refuse to renew, or amend conditions to licences such as hackney carriage and private hire vehicles where not delegated to officers, or the relevant officer has referred the application to the Licensing Committee.
