The Employee Committee (Appeals) is the final
stage in the internal disciplinary process. Members sit as a panel
of 3 from a pool of trained members to consider appeals against
dismissal.
All meetings are exempt under paragraph
1,2 and 3 of section 12 of the Local
Government Act 1972 due to the nature of the business
conducted.
