2.	Declarations of Interest Members to declare any personal/personal prejudicial interests in any items on this agenda
3.	Election of Vice Chair to the Neighbourhood Council Members to elect one person to act as Vice Chair to the Council
4.	Minutes from the previous meeting PDF 73 KB Approve the minutes of the meeting held on 30^th March 2010.
5.	Community Action Plans Updates and developments on the Community Action Plan
6.	Maintenance of public open space Discuss ideas on how to improve the local environment. Is there a need for a local ‘Environmental Forum’? How can the community become involved in local projects?
7.	Activities for young people An opportunity to share information on activities due to take place over the summer, identify any gaps or projects to add and then gain ideas on how to promote wider in the neighbourhood.
8.	Open Session An opportunity for any member of the public, elected and co-opted members of the Neighbourhood Council to raise anything that affects your area and to suggest items for future meetings and the annual work programme.
9.	Next Meeting The date of the next meeting will be 23 September 2010, venue to be confirmed.
